Experience Counts In
Estate Planning, Probate And Administration
Experience counts in the crucial areas of elder law, estate planning and probate law. A lawyer who has helped many clients in these areas over the course of her career can see how small details can make a big difference, and how careful planning can yield good results years into the future.

I Am Attorney
Sally Bootes Shattuck
I have been practicing for more than 35 years in western Kansas. I work in a variety of practice areas, including elder law, family law and real estate law, but I have always focused primarily on estate planning and probate. I have seen firsthand how well-drafted wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents can make a real difference in the lives of Kansas families.
Skilled Estate Administration
It isn’t easy to settle the estate of a loved one who has died. Many people who are called upon to perform this duty have no special training for the job and are still grieving their loss. If you are in this situation, you may not know where to begin.
I help people with a variety of issues in estate administration and probate, so that they may ease transitions, resolve disputes, carry out wishes and provide for friends, family and favorite charities.

If you need an experienced lawyer for your estate and probate needs, call 620-293-0125 or contact me by email. My main office is in Ashland, Kansas, and I also meet clients by appointment at my secondary office in Greensburg. I represent clients in Clark and Kiowa counties and throughout western Kansas.
